Covid 19 Protocols

Create The Beautiful is taking all covid 19 precautions. We go above and beyond to ensure the safety of our guests and service specialists. Be mindful and stay home if you are experiencing any cold, flu or covid like symptoms.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment on short notice. We do have a 24 hour cancellation policy in effect. You may use the booking link to cancel or reschedule any appointments up to a full 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. Any cancellations after that time will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment services and will need to be paid prior to booking another appointment. Failure to cancel or pay the aforementioned fees will result in inability to book in the future. We have a zero tolerance policy for no call/no show appointments as our system sends multiple reminders and links to confirm or cancel your upcoming appointment. No Call/No Show clients will be banned from future bookings.

Guest Policy

No company or guest will be allowed for the duration of your appointment if they are not also being serviced.
